2 year agoISCAP/ADF attacks in Eastern DRCongo are still on the rise despite a govt enforcing a state of siege, as well as presence of govt & foreign troops deployed to contain the situation. This truck was burnt during an attack on the road between Kasindi & Beni where 1 person was killed
